For Government Board, reviewed and directed resolution of major national impasse for the Electronic Conveyancing initiative now ‘PEXA’. Recognized with Federal national award.
For Australia Post headquarters, at request of the CEO, realigned information systems to strategic and management goals and co-led national teams for implementation.
South Government resolved stalled water licensing project by re-negotiation with the vendor. Now operates across State. Commendation in State Parliament.

My consulting practice specialises in turnaround of major organisational initiatives, and resolution of institutional impasses. My approach is psychosocial combining a holistic basis for resolution of the issues. The approach is consistent with the of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations (ISPSO) and the Tavistock Institute.
